Overview

The Project

Given the national significance of Port Saint John, its broad public benefits that contribute to the long-term economic growth and prosperity of our region and country, and due to both a growing business and deteriorating infrastructure, Port Saint John, with the partnership support of the Government of Canada and the Province of New Brunswick, is embarking on a Port Modernization Project.   The Project schedule will take 7 years to complete and cost $205 million for the design, engineering and construction phases.
