Port Saint John Recognized as one of Canada’s Safest Employers

Toronto, ON– At a ceremony last night, Port Saint John was recognized as one of Canada’s Safest Employers. The Port authority was a silver winner in the public sector category.


The awards, put on by the Canadian Occupational Safety magazine, recognize companies from across the country with outstanding accomplishments in promoting employee health and safety. “We’re so proud of our team who exemplify exceptional safety leadership in our port community and beyond,” says Jim Quinn, President & CEO. “This recognition is a testament to the hard work being done by our operations team and entire staff to create a nationally-recognized health & safety culture.”


Port Saint John joins an impressive list of recipients along with GE Healthcare, Jazz Aviation and Canadian Blood Services.
