Port Saint John offers real-estate property ideal for short or long term leasing and development.
Lower Cove and Long Wharf terminals offer over 48 acres (182,109 m²) of paved area which can be available for warehousing, project staging or dockside manufacturing.
Additional acreage is available on the West Side of the City and includes the former Harbour Bridge Garage Building that is approximately 2,500 ft² (232 m²) with an adjacent open paved area of approximately 31,750 ft² (2,949 m²).
There is also a modular fabrication facility that is 2229.7 m2 / 19.8 m clear (24,000 ft2 / 65 ft clear) with a 20 tonne overhead crane, a mega door opening and a floor load designed for 48 KPA surcharge load.

Port Saint John’s elegant event spaces can accommodate a variety of functions. The Marco Polo and Diamond Jubilee Cruise Terminals are the latest additions to our East Side infrastructure. They sit parallel to our west side operations, where red cranes tower over the landscape and colourful containers, like building blocks, help grow our regional economy.
Port Saint John entered the venue rental business in 2009 after the Marco Polo Cruise Terminal was completed. With the addition of the Diamond Jubilee Cruise Terminal in 2012, the Port has become a premier wedding venue in the city. Since our start, more than 25,000 people have visited the terminals for event bookings.
