Hon. SUSAN HOLT
Premier of New Brunswick

Raised in Fredericton New Brunswick, Susan Holt was elected to the New Brunswick Legislature as the first woman Premier of New Brunswick and MLA for Fredericton South-Silverwood on October 21, 2024. She was first elected as the Leader of the Official Opposition and the Liberal Member for Bathurst East-Nepisiguit-Saint-Isidore in March 2023.
She has extensive experience in both local and global business, community leadership, provincial and national advocacy, and social enterprise development. She has also spent a number of years working within government on economic policy. A champion of community involvement, Ms. Holt has been an active volunteer and contributor to organizations like the NB Lung Association, JEDI, Junior Achievement, Propel ICT, NB Association for Community Living, Fredericton Homeless Shelters, and more. She has degrees in Chemistry and Economics from Queen’s University.
Ms. Holt is perfectly bilingual thanks to New Brunswick’s early immersion program, paired with continued practice and a strong commitment to the French language. She, her husband Jon, and their three young children are passionate about New Brunswick’s great outdoors as avid hikers, runners, and campers.
ROBERT CHAMBERS

Mr. Chambers was named President - Americas on January 3, 2024. He had rejoined Americold in January of 2020 as Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer. Prior to rejoining Americold, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Saia LTL Freight (NASDAQ: SAIA) from May of 2019 through January of 2020. Mr. Chambers previously served as Americold’s Vice President, Commercial Finance from September of 2013 through April of 2019. Before originally joining Americold, Mr. Chambers was the Senior Director of Finance for CEVA Logistics from 2010 through 2013. Prior to that, he was a Manager in the Audit and Advisory practice at KPMG. Mr. Chambers currently serves on the Board of the Global Cold Chain Alliance as well as the Advisory Board of Stetson University’s School of Business. Mr. Chambers is also a Certified Public Accountant. He received both his bachelor’s degree and his Masters of Accounting degree from Stetson University.

Douglas Smith, CEO of DP World’s operations in Canada, has nearly 30 years of industry expertise backed by a distinguished career in international trade, shipping, and logistics. Smith began his career with Sealand Service, Inc. and has held key positions at Maersk, APM Terminals, and Global Ports Management, which have taken him to 17 different locations across six countries and three continents. Most recently, he served as Joint President and CEO of Mundra and Tuna Ports at Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone in Mundra, India.
SVENJA CLAUSEN
Senior Vice President and Managing Director Canada - Hapag-Lloyd

Svenja Clausen is a senior executive with over 20 years of experience in the international Container shipping industry.
In her role as Managing Director at Hapag-Lloyd, Canada assumes a pivotal position overseeing a spectrum of responsibilities, including commercial, operational and general management activities.
With having gained extensive experience in different countries and projects, she has most recently contributed to the development of different growth markets including expanding Hapag-Lloyd’s presence in Asian markets, such as in Singapore where she led the Key Account Program in Region Asia, as well as heading the country organization as General Manager in Vietnam.
In 2022, she made a strategic relocation to Canada, further solidifying her commitment to driving excellence in the maritime sector.
Svenja embarked on her career at Hapag-Lloyd in headquarters in Hamburg and holds a Bachelor of Arts International Management degree.
JONATHAN WAHBA
Senior Vice-President of Sales & Marketing - CPKC

Jonathan Wahba was appointed Senior Vice-President of Sales & Marketing –Intermodal, Automotive & Bulk for Canadian Pacific Kansas City (CPKC) in April 2023. Before that time, he served as CP’s Vice-President of Commercial Integration from 2021 through 2023, where he was responsible for the development and execution of CP’s commercial strategy, including the integration of Kansas City Southern into CP. Prior to that he served as Vice President, Sales & Marketing, Intermodal and Automotive from February 2017, when he joined the company.
Jonathan started his career as an account manager at United Parcel Service. He held a Director, Business Development role with Canadian National from 2005 to 2010 before joining truckload transportation provider Schneider National as Vice President and Country Manager for Canada. Most recently, Jonathan served as the Chief Operating Officer for the Kriska Transportation Group, based in Toronto.
Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree from Queen’s University and is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at the Harvard Business School.

Vice-President of Transportation, Distribution and Logistics - Nutrien

Elan Strueby is the Vice President of Transportation, Distribution and Logistics at Nutrien, a leading provider of agricultural products, services, and solutions. With approximately 23,000 employees world-wide, Nutrien is the largest producer of potash (by capacity) and one of the world’s largest producers of nitrogen and phosphate. Nutrien also operates a leading agriculture retail network that services over 500,000 growers.
Elan brings over 20 years of logistics, rail operations, international trade and supply chain management experience, and is currently responsible for transportation, distribution, and logistics for Nutrien’s Nitrogen, Phosphate, and Potash businesses. Her position oversees an extensive North American distribution system that incorporates rail, marine, and truck logistics, as well as supporting functions of integrated business planning. Elan is responsible for the development and stewardship of Nutrien’s supply chain management strategy and is accountable for the execution of Nutrien’s Nitrogen, Phosphate, and Potash business plans.
Elan joined Nutrien in 2002 and advanced her career with roles of increasing responsibility and leadership for rail operations, customs, product management, and supply chain strategy. She has held several senior leadership roles, including Senior Director of Potash Product Management and was a key participant in supporting the T&D integration activities through the merger of equals between Agrium and Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan which resulted in the development of Nutrien.
Elan is a graduate of the University of Saskatchewan and holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Human Resource Management.

VINESH KOHLI
Senior Vice-President Operations - Canpotex

Vinesh Kohli was appointed Senior Vice President, Operations of Canpotex in October 2022. He is a member of the Canpotex Executive Leadership Team and is also a member of various boards of directors, including Neptune Bulk Terminals, Portland Bulk Terminals and Canpotex Railcar Maintenance facility. He is based out of Canpotex’s head office in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
Vinesh has over 20 years of operations and supply chain experience, holding various senior management roles in the fertilizer industry. Prior to joining Canpotex, Vinesh worked at Nutrien and its predecessor, Agrium since 1999. He was most recently Nutrien’s Senior Director of Transportation and Distribution Commercial, where he was responsible for developing and executing the commercial strategy for their North American transportation and distribution portfolio.
Vinesh is a graduate of the University of Alberta, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. He holds Professional Member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists in both Saskatchewan and Alberta.
